Welcome to TeamsUp! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TeamsUp mobile application ("App"), operated by Smesum ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TeamsUp, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• If you are under 18, you have parental or guardian consent

2. Description of Service

TeamsUp is a sports community platform that enables users to:

• Discover and join recreational sports games
• Create and manage sports leagues
• Connect with other amateur athletes
• Track game statistics and player ratings
• Communicate with team members
• Share photos and game results

3. User Accounts

To use TeamsUp, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Treat other users with respect
• Provide honest and fair ratings
• Arrive on time for games you've committed to
• Communicate responsibly with other players

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Post false or misleading content
• Impersonate another person
• Upload malicious code or content

5. Game and League Management

Game organizers are responsible for setting accurate game details, managing registrations fairly, and communicating changes to participants.

Participants agree to honor commitments, follow rules, and accept scores and ratings in good faith.

6. Ratings and Reviews

Ratings should be based on actual game participation, fair, honest, and free from personal bias unrelated to performance.

7. Disclaimers

TeamsUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Sports activities involve inherent risks of injury. You acknowledge these risks and are responsible for your own safety.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
